Issue 32 takes you around the world to such countries as Japan, Central African Republic, Australia and Russia and gives them a first-hand look at birthing practices in other cultures. And one author reminds us that by breastfeeding, we join all women everywhere to assure the human race will survive. A high school student imagines herself working with pregnant women, and a midwife/sociologist from the Netherlands reminds midwives to protect the normal birth process from the intrusion of technology.
