Mary Bernabe is a Traditional Birth Attendant living in rural SW Washington and has been attending births since 1973. Her best teachers have been God and the families she serves. She and her husband, a pastor, have been married for twenty years and have eleven children at home (nineteen all together), eight who have special needs. They live on a farm and grow most of their own food.
