The order subtotal is the total amount of the order excluding gift certificates, magazine subscriptions and online memberships. Regular shipping on these special items is always free.

Standard shipping to U.S. destinations is via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. If your address is not served by a particular carrier, please inform us in the Notes field on the final checkout page. An additional charges may apply if you select the carrier.

Expedited shipping to U.S. destinations is via UPS 2nd Day Air and costs $25 more than Standard shipping. For more affordable rush shipping we may be able to ship by USPS Priority Mail, depending on the content of your order. Please e-mail us: orders@midiferytoday.com for a quote to ship your order by Priority Mail or type your request in the Notes field on the final checkout page. Priority Mail generally takes 2–3 days but is not a guaranteed service.

† Expedited shipping of certain books: Our published shipping rates for 2nd Day Service do not apply to the books Healing Passage or Understanding Diagnostic Tests in the Childbearing Year. To get a shipping quote for these titles, please e-mail us at orders@midiferytoday.com or call 1-800-743-0974. We must receive authorization by 1 pm Pacific Time in order to ship the same day.
