Anne Sokol

Anne Sokol, missionary in Kiev, Ukraine, is finishing up her doula/childbirth educator certification with Charis Childbirth. She’s conducted two conferences for mothers and homebirth midwives so far, trying to promote better birth options for women. Also, she is the director of Mother’s Hope, a home for women in crisis pregnancies. Her amazing husband, Vitaliy, is a Ukrainian pastor and they have two young, homebirthed daughters. You can learn more about her and birth in Ukraine at her blog www.birthinukraine.wordpress.com.
